Anthracite
Classification:Metamorphic Rock
Anthracite is a coal with relatively deep coal. The degree of coalification is related to heat and metamorphism. The carbon content of anthracite is generally over 90%, and volatile matter is below 5%.Anthracite, commonly known as coal or anthracite. It is the coal with the greatest degree of coalification. Anthracite has high fixed carbon content, low volatile yield, large density, high hardness and high burning point, its surface color is black, it is not stained with fat friction, and the fracture is shellfish, and the flame is short and less smoke when burning. No coking, the carbon content is above 90%, the volatiles are under 10%, and the thickness of the glial layer is about 6000-6500. Kilogrammes / kilos. Sometimes we call it a semi Anthracite with a large content of volatile matter, especially a small Anthracite. Anthracite has the characteristics of hard and strong luster. Because of its long burning time and high firepower, it is mainly used for chemical fertilizer and chemical production in life.
Brief introduction:
Anthracite is the coal with the deepest coalification degree, with the highest carbon content, less ash, less moisture, high calorific value, high temperature of 25000~32500kJ/kg, high temperature of volatilization, no stickiness of coke, more difficult ignition and burnout, no smoke in combustion and blue color in flame. Coal samples are heated by isolated air under the specified conditions. The organic matter in the coal is heated to decompose a part of the liquid (the state of steam) and gaseous products, which are called volatiles. Volatile matter accounts for the mass fraction of coal and becomes volatile or referred to as volatile matter. Based on dry ash free basis, the coal with volatilization below 10% is called Anthracite. Anthracite, whose volatile matter is greater than 6.5% or less than 10%, is called Anthracite three. Number 01 Anthracite is old Anthracite, 02 Anthracite is typical Anthracite, 03 Anthracite is young Anthracite.
The standard filter material is made of high quality carbon block, which is made of selection, crushing and screening. It has good gloss, multi prismatic granular, strong anti compression and wear resistance. It is generally used for double layer and three layer filtration.
The TJP Anthracite filter material is produced by the Japanese waterway Jurassic Association standard, and the quality is fully up to the Japanese standard. It is mainly used in steel rolling recycling water treatment and deep treatment of sewage in petrochemical industry, and is also suitable for advanced water filtration in precision manufacturing and space navigation.
Commonly used specifications:
It is used for filtration and purification of domestic water supply and industrial water supply. In use, the use parameters are determined according to the form of the filter. The thickness of the general double layer filter section is 300 - 400mm, the normal filtration speed is 10 - 14m/h, the forced filtration speed is 14 - 1 8m/h, the three layer filter thickness is 450mm, the normal filtration speed is 18 - 20m/h, and the forced filtration speed is 20 to 25m/h. The filter is backwashed by water washing, water vapor washing or surface washing.
