 Tonalite

Classification:Igneous Rock

A feldspar mineral of granite is almost all plagioclase (>90%).

Tonalite refers to an acid intrusive rock in the crystalloid. Tonalite is mainly produced by single small rock mass or gabbro, Su Changyan and other related rock marginal facies, and few of them are separate O Ista.

An acid intrusive rock in the crystalloid. The equivalent eruption rock is the Angan rock. English tonalite from Italy mountain Tyrol (Tonale). It is mainly composed of plagioclase (feldspar, feldspar, 2/3) and quartz and biotite. Plagioclase often has girdle structure. In addition to the biotite, there are some amphibole and pyroxene in the rich Fe and Mg minerals. In addition, it can contain alkaline feldspar (usually feldspar) and often produce interstitial products, but its amount is less than 1/10 of feldspar. Is a common accessory mineral apatite, sphene, magnetite. Therefore, Tonalite is similar to quartz diorite in mineral composition. It is intermediate rock between diorite and granodiorite. Although it is different from quartz diorite and quartz and mica, it is not easy to determine the exact quantitative boundary between minerals. Tonalite is mainly produced by single small rock mass or gabbro, Su Changyan and other related rock marginal facies, and few of them are separate O Ista.
